• Pay by downloading and mailing or delivering a printed membership form and check or money order to: DIVA Center 110 W. Broadway Eugene, 97401. You can also pay by VISA/MC at DIVA.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation in addition to your Membership. Your donation will help support DIVA's on-going exhibits and arts programming.
 

Individuals who donate $1,000 or more become members of DIVA's Medici Circle with special invitations to Medici Circle events and special recognition at DIVA's annual Membership Meeting and Celebration.
 
Members who combine a donation to DIVA with one of equal value to the Oregon Cultural Trust will receive a tax credit toward their 2010 Oregon State income tax.
 

Suggested Donation Levels:
 
• $ 100 Donors at $100 or more are invited to special VIP exhibit receptions throughout the year.
 
• $ 200
 

• $ 250

• $ 500
 

• $ 1,000 Medici Circle - Individuals who donate $1,000 or more become members of DIVA's Medici Circle with special invitations to Medici Circle events and special recognition at DIVA's annual Membership Meeting and Celebration.

Membership Fees and Donations to DIVA are Tax deductible. Earn a Tax Credit by also contributing to the Oregon Cultural Trust when you contribute to DIVA.
